About

We build what we run.

Lumina Software builds custom AI-integrated software for businesses and runs the companies that grew out of that work. We are small, we ship, and we stay on after launch.

Founder & CEO, Lumina Software · Co-founder & COO, Regenix · TryGTM · Lumina Sales

Joe founded Lumina Software in 2023 and has shipped more than a hundred systems since: voice agents for clinics, follow-up pipelines for realty teams, ticketing and door-scanner tooling for live events, and two consumer mobile apps in production.

He is comfortable owning every layer of a product: engineering, operations, financial planning, and growth. Day to day that means TypeScript across React Native, Expo, Next.js, and Node, with Python for the automation and data work, and a production stack of Supabase, AWS, n8n, GoHighLevel, and the major AI APIs.

He is also an electrical engineering student at Florida Polytechnic University, ranked the #1 public STEM university by U.S. News, and runs the companies at the same time. He trains under operators who have done it at scale, including a healthcare executive responsible for a $4.5B hospital system and Tim Chao, who has collected $10M+ with AI implementation and high-ticket sales.

Field notes

How we think about the work.

Nobody has ever paid us for a website. They pay because the missed call at 9pm has to turn into a booked consult, which means the voice agent has to write to the CRM and the CRM has to fire the follow-up text without anyone touching it.

The model is maybe a third of the work. The rest is the boring stuff nobody screenshots, like what the agent remembers between calls and what it can touch in the CRM.

Our agent repeats appointment details back to the caller before anything gets written. It's the most boring part of the build and nobody ever asks about it on a demo. It's also the reason clinics keep us.

How we work

Engineered operations, not slide decks.

01

Diagnose first

Every engagement starts with a few full days watching the actual work. The output is a map of where it stalls and where money leaks, not a recommendation deck.

02

Build custom, not templated

Systems engineered around your data, tools, and workflow. Web, mobile, desktop, and the integrations between them. No generic dashboards.

03

Operate, don't disappear

Instrumented, monitored, and tuned after launch. The team that built it is the team that runs it.

Divisions

Focused companies, one engineering team.

When a market keeps asking for the same system, it gets its own name, its own site, and a team that only does that.
