Lumina Software offers an SMS/text messaging program as part of our services. By opting in to receive text messages from Lumina Software, you agree to the following:

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Lumina Software and mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. User Accounts

Some of our services may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from the use or inability to use our SMS/text messaging services, delayed or undelivered messages, or any errors in message content.

13. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, including our SMS/text messaging program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will promptly delete that information.

14. Privacy Policy

15. Termination
